Library

We offer advanced features that help you efficiently define your Optimizations using reusable definitions with the proteolutions library.

Exclusions

proteolutions provides a standard set of default Restriction Enzymes cleavage sites that can be excluded from your optimized sequence. Furthermore, we provide the possibility to define reusable custom exclusion sequences as so-called Exclusions to be avoided during the optimization process. When creating a new Optimization, simply select the Restriction Enzymes and Exclusion sequences you don't want to see in your processed sequence and our algorithm will respect your individual choices.

Exclusion Sets

Do you have recurringly used combinations of Restriction Enzymes and/or custom Exclusion sequences for your gene optimizations? With the Proteolutions library, it is easy to bundle them in Exclusion Sets and conveniently preselect them for your next optimization process. All distinct sequences contained in the selected Exclusion Sets for a new Optimizations will be amiss in the calculated sequence output.
